The governing and policy making board of the East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission is composed of 34 Commissioners from 8 member counties.  The Commissioners serve on one or more of 6 standing committees.

Technical planning and support functions are handled by a staff of 24 professionals organized in 3 services divisions.
